Free standard shipping

Stand Up To 47 provides free standard shipping on store orders unless a product page or checkout clearly states otherwise.

Production time

Every product is made to order. Fulfillment normally requires 2–5 business days before the order ships. This production time is separate from carrier transit time.

Estimated delivery

Shipping time depends on the product, fulfillment location, destination, carrier, and current product availability. Standard U.S. transit estimates may range from approximately 4–30 business days after fulfillment. These estimates are not guarantees. Holidays, severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, and unusually high order volume can cause additional delays.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address supplied at checkout after the shipment leaves the fulfillment facility. Tracking may take time to update after a label is created.

Split shipments

Items in the same order may be produced at different facilities or packaged separately. If that happens, the order can arrive in more than one shipment and may have multiple tracking numbers.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a package is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because the shipment was unclaimed, the customer is responsible for the additional cost of reshipping it.

International orders

International availability varies by destination. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Delayed or missing orders

If an order is past its estimated delivery date, first check the tracking information and confirm the shipping address. Contact us no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date if you believe a package has been lost in transit.
